You can rest comfortable in knowing that your monthly newsletter will be custom written to "Buyers", and will never contain articles that are geared toward sellers as many of the subscriber based newsletter services for real estate agents do.
It's a proven fact that continuous follow-up is the key to successful sales, no matter what the product. Some studies have revealed that it takes as many as 7 follow-ups (or impressions) with a prospect before he/she will be ready to do business with you.

A. We place a "Subscribe to Our Newsletter" button in your website menu and as an option box on all of your forms.
B. As visitors subscribe, their data is stored (name and e-mail address) in your own on-line data base that is accessible from anywhere you have a connection to the Internet, and the subscriber receives a confirmation that they have been added to your subscription list, along with instructions for un-subscribing, should they ever wish to do so.
C. We prepare your newsletter each month, and automatically send it out via e-mail to all of your prospects who have asked to be subscribed. The newsletter will appear to come from you, not us.
D. We add your newsletter to your web site, and archive 11 back issues so anyone wanting a copy of an old issue can go right to your site and retrieve it.
E. The newsletter will be mostly real estate content that is general in scope. It's not so much the actual content of the newsletter that is important (although we do try to feature stories of interest to everyone), it's the continuous follow-up you are doing by sending it. Many of our clients have direct sales of homes attributed to the long term follow-up that is accomplished with the newsletter service each month.
G. Special mailings can be done easily at your convenience if you have special announcements you would like for your subscribers to know about.
