There are a couple of important things you need to fully understand before you make your decision on A) whether to switch to this software, B) which route to go, buying your own copy outright ($295) or buying one of our "shared licenses" ($229).
First, if you decide to purchase your own licensed copy ($295), again, professional installation is included at that price, and our cost to modify your site would be added (approx. $45 per form on your site).
Second, if you decide to purchase one of our "shared multi-domain licenses" ($229), you would not actually OWN the software yourself if you decided to move your hosting to another service. We own the license, and grant you full use of that license while the software is on our server. Should you decide to go elsewhere for your hosting, you would need to purchase your own license to the software, and would have to have it re-installed on the new server where your hosting will reside.
Support is available from us for the software if you purchase one of our shared licenses, support is available from the software writer if you purchase your own licensed copy.
Help is available (no matter which route you go) via a "User Support Forum" that will be available to you once you purchase a license, either way.
Understand this... we are not packaging this product with the idea of forever locking you in to our hosting... rather... trying to offer you the best product possible for your follow up and database at the best prices possible. That's why you need to fully understand your options before deciding.

$195.00 Plus $100 for Installation = Total of $295A single domain owned license grants you the right to install and run the AutoResponse software on one domain for an unlimited time.
Your subscription forms can be on any number of domains. Purchase of this license DOES NOT include setting up or changing forms on your web site to work with the software. You will either need to know how to do this yourself, have your webmaster do it for you, or contract us separately to do it for you.
Purchase of this single domain owned license Includes one year of customer support. After the first year, you will be invited to renew your support contract for an optional cost of just $35.00 for another year, subject to change at the vendors' option. We do not set or control support prices, and again, continued support is purely optional.

Professional Installation INCLUDED!, Total of $229.00Because we have negotiated and purchased a "bulk license" of multi-domain owned license grants, we can pass along these shared licenses to you at a reduced "per license" cost.
This Shared Multi-Domain License INCLUDES installation. The single domain owned per-license cost of $195.00 (described above) does NOT include installation. Purchase of this option includes configuration of your MySQL Database to properly handle your system for you. For us to set up your software for you will cost $75.00. This total $229.00* package, if purchased above as a single domain license runs $295.00. Purchase of this Multi-Domain Shared License option saves you $66.00 versus the Single Domain Owned License option described above.

*This package price does not include form modification that will be required on your web site unless we are building you a new web site. In that case, and you order ARP before we begin, there is NO CHARGE for forms to work with your ARP. If we are not building or remodeling your site for you, and you are only ordering ARP, Forms will be modified for you at a modest cost of $45.00 per form. (Normally, our forms rate is $75 per form.) Depending on the number of forms your site is currently running, your final price will vary. It takes about an hour to an hour and a half to re-build your forms to process your leads for this software... so our $45.00 per form charge is a bargain basement price
